131 Acres.
Already Protected.
Ten miles from Asheville. Ancient forest. A creek that winds through everything. For over a decade this land has held ceremony, music, healing, and wonder — quietly, without asking for recognition.
Something real emerged here. Something is still becoming. The land has been patient. Now it is ready for what wants to emerge next.
Not a concept. A real place — with a creek, a fire circle, and a future worth inhabiting.

Adult Summer Camp
Where Culture Gets Made
Ten people. A dog. Four days. 131 acres of Appalachian forest. No agenda. What happened became something that doesn't have a name yet.
The Land, In Frames

Forest Floor
Nature-based camps rooted in curiosity, connection, and wild discovery — using Coyote Mentoring, the 8 Shields model, and the living forest as classroom. This land has been a home base for over a decade. Thousands of children have learned to track, to build, to listen.
The Artists Are Already Here.
Ten miles from Asheville — one of the most artist-dense, creator-dense cities in America. Warren Haynes. The River Arts District. Writers, healers, musicians, founders — all within 30 minutes of this land. They don't need to be recruited. They need a place to gather.
Not another gallery. Not another retreat. A 131-acre creative wilderness campus where artists gather, create, and leave something behind.
The Medicine Wheel
"Shope Creek Wilderness is a place of learning, alignment, realization, and sharing." — Stephen Sedmak

Five Convergence Points
Shope Creek is not the project. Hollow Bone is the project. Shope Creek is simply the first place where Hollow Bone is being tested.
If the model works at Shope Creek, it becomes replicable. As a framework.
